01Day 1–2

Demand Receipt & Assessment

Employer submits manpower requirements — roles, quantities, skills, timeline, salary budget. Al-Wali reviews and confirms feasibility within 24–48 hours, then provides a detailed recruitment proposal.

02Day 3–10

Candidate Sourcing

Active sourcing from Al-Wali's verified talent database and targeted recruitment campaigns across Pakistan. Preliminary CVs collected and initial screening completed against job criteria.

  • Preliminary candidate profiles submitted to employer
03Day 11–18

Final Screening & Trade Testing

In-depth interviews, practical trade testing, and skills verification. Employer can participate via video call. Background checks and reference verification completed. Final selection made.

04Day 19–25

Medical Examination

All selected candidates undergo GAMCA-approved medical examinations at authorised centres. Fitness certificates issued. Any candidates who fail are replaced from the shortlist immediately.

05Day 26–40

Visa Processing & Documentation

Visa applications submitted with full supporting documentation. Immigration processing tracked. All employment contracts, offer letters, and clearance documentation prepared and verified.

06Day 41–45

Final Deployment
